Calling All crafters!

The Master’s Crafters of Sterling United Methodist Church are excited to once again welcome outside vendors to our annual fall craft show on November 7th, 10AM - 3PM!

If you create handmade items, artwork, décor, gifts, or other unique crafts, we invite you to apply to be part of this year’s event. It’s a wonderful opportunity to showcase your work, connect with the community, and be part of a festive day of shopping!

Be a Vendor at Our 2026 Show

If you create unique items and would like to share your work with our community, we would love to hear from you. Please note that we are unable to accept food vendors, commercially produced items, or resale merchandise. Applications are due by September 30, 2026!

Our booths range from 8' x 11' (7) to 10' x 10' (8); 7 booths have access to an electrical outlet. The booth fee is $50, and two chairs will be provided. Vendors should plan to bring their own tables, displays, and other materials needed for their setup.

To apply, simply complete our online vendor registration form and include photos of the items you plan to sell. You will be guided through a checkout process, but no payment will be collected when you apply. Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with your booth information and a link to submit your booth fee. Applications are due by September 30, 2026!

On the day of the show, vendors should be completely set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins and remain set up until the show concludes. Vendors are also responsible for collecting and submitting any applicable sales tax. Parking is available behind the church. Coffee, ice water, and hot water for tea will be available during the day. Vendors are welcome to bring their own lunch, and a refrigerator and microwave are available in the church kitchen. Additional setup information will be shared with accepted vendors.
