Our meetings are held weekly via Zoom, and everyone is welcome. Whether you’re facing a recent loss or have been on this path for some time. Together, we’ll find hope and healing. Email the church office at general@sterlingumc.org for a link to join the Zoom meeting!
We gather in person every 2nd Tuesday for lunch, enjoying different locations each time. The venue may change, but the friendship and support remain constant.
In between our meetings, we invite you to join our private online community, Grief to Hope, on Facebook. Whether you’re seeking encouragement, need to talk, or just want to keep up with group activities, our group is here for you!
