Mission Updates – Czech Team Update #6

Here is the Czech Republic mission team’s Friday update.

Friday, August 2

Hello church family. Today wraps up our time here at Poust and many of us are sad to leave. The people here at Poust have just been amazing. They have had very open hearts and welcoming spirits ever since we arrived here. I can speak for the team that today feels like we are leaving part of our family. We will miss our brothers and sisters greatly but we know that the Lord will take care of us all.

Yesterday the team had a busy day. Lonnie lead a 2 1/2 hour seminar, which went fantastic. The kids were engaged and had a lot of fun. Lonnie taught the book of Philemon. Our team did skits to help him and then we made the kids do some skits as well. They laughed hysterically when we pulled out our random props and had a really good time with the skits.

That night Nick spoke and Danielle, Kyle, and Harrison did a skit to go with the message. God was working because everything from the songs to the message were all about the same thing “don’t cover your faith.”

For Saturday we will travel to Tachov, so there will not be an update. God bless you and we miss you.

In the grip of grace,
Nick Yother
